This is the only one polish solution, that integrates all the telecommunications and radio-communications functions, including GSM, PSTN, recording and GPS monitoring, without the need of external software applications. Other solutions required additional equipment such as a PBX, a voice recorder or a computer with GIS applications. The dispatching system presented at the trades handled all types of radio systems, both analog and digital, including: MOTOTRBO, TETRA, IDAS.

The implementation of an integrated command and control system for the State Fire Brigades in Lodz is completed
31.12.2010 we completed the implementation of an integrated command and control system for the State Fire Brigades in Lodz, that is covering all of the PSP units throughout the state . As a result of this project, every PSP dispatcher is equipped with the Nowatel's RSD100 console, which allows for the remote control of digital radio systems IDAS developed by ICOM . The entire intranet, that includes all of the PSP units, is based on CISCO infrastructure. The Nowatel company has trained over 150 dispatchers operating the system.
This implementation is the first such a large implementation of an integrated communications system in Poland, mainly thanks to the vast imagination and courage of the KW PSP Command in Lodz. Despite the enormous difficulties in raising funds, they managed to upgrade the communications infrastructure equipment and ensure optimal conditions for handling thousands of emergency calls. Companies participating in this project have gained a invaluable experience in implementing such projects, which are specific to the functioning of the State Fire Service.
