Nowatel Sp. z o. o. is a Polish ICT company offering comprehensive solutions in the field of telecommunications and IT. Since 2003, we have been designing and producing ICT systems that integrate traditional cable technologies (analog telephony, ISDN, VoIP) with wireless solutions (digital and analog mobile radio, TETRA, WiFi, GSM, LTE). We integrate with radio solutions of leading manufacturers (Hytera, Motorola, Icom, Radmor, Kenwood, Sepura, DAMM).
The company is also an innovative producer of e-learning and simulation solutions for the Ministry of National Defense and universities, i.e. The Naval Academy in Gdynia, or the Pomeranian Academy in Słupsk. The universal e-learning platform, unlike traditional, available training platforms, allows you to conduct training using interactive web applications in a 3D environment, thus integrating many training systems. Nowatel specializes in creating military simulators for training uniformed services. The offer includes KF and VHF radio simulators, GMDSS simulator, satellite communication simulator, listening and telegraphy trainers as well as emergency rescue.
Nowatel has a unique technical background – a highly qualified and experienced team of IT network engineers (due to the service of several thousand customers), programmers (Java, C #, SQL) with experience in creating advanced simulation systems, training applications in 3D and VR environments, intended for specialized training of personnel in the field of security and the operation of military and civilian equipment. The offer also includes a series of trainings in the field of simulator operation and implementation of e-learning solutions.
In addition, the company cooperates with experienced specialists in the field of military, maritime and security, thus creating systems that meet high substantive requirements (ITU, IMO / STCW standards).
