Nowatel Sp. z o.o. is a Polish ICT company offering advanced and comprehensive solutions in the field of telecommunications and IT. Since 2003, we have been providing innovative ICT systems that effectively integrate traditional cable technologies – analogue telephony, ISDN, VoIP – with modern wireless solutions, including digital and analogue mobile radio, TETRA, WiFi, GSM and LTE. We work with renowned radio system manufacturers such as Hytera, Motorola, Icom, Radmor, Kenwood, Sepura and DAMM, allowing us to offer reliable, compatible and high-quality solutions adapted to the dynamically changing needs of the market.

We also develop our own fixed telephony management systems, used, among others, by the manufacturer of Platan telecommunications systems and NZOZ medical facilities. In addition, as a local telecommunications service provider – also operating under the Tygrys.net brand – we have experience in building and maintaining modern networks and infrastructure for individual and business customers.

Simulation and e-learning solutions
We are an innovative manufacturer of advanced e-learning and simulation solutions dedicated to the armed forces, uniformed services and universities. Our systems support training in radio and satellite communications, command and control systems, radio tracking, listening and signaling. Trusted by, among others: the Naval Academy in Gdynia, the Land Forces Academy in Wrocław, the Pomeranian University in Słupsk and the Naval Training Center in Ustka.

Our Integrated Interactive Training Platform allows you to conduct modern courses using web applications in a 3D environment. The system integrates teaching tools, enabling the implementation of a full training cycle – from theoretical learning to interactive simulations. We provide a complete environment: software, servers, instructor stations, as well as operating training and full technical support.

Our company has established cooperation with experienced experts in the field of military, maritime and security, which allows us to create systems that meet the highest substantive requirements in accordance with ITU and IMO/STCW standards. We take full responsibility for the implementation of our projects, consistently building brand prestige and customer trust. We offer 24-hour service, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing uninterrupted support at the highest level.
Our teams
The structure of the company consists of two key departments:
  • IT Department – is responsible for software development, system design, implementation and maintenance of IT platforms,
  • ISP Department – provides installation, service and operator services, serving individual and institutional clients.
The joint work of both teams allows us to effectively combine technologies and competences, providing customers with reliable, modern and tailored solutions.


Competencies and certificates
Our company has a set of key authorizations confirming the high quality of services provided and compliance with the requirements of the military and civilian market:
  • Concession of the Ministry of Interior and Administration – allowing for the production and trade of products and software intended for police and military applications,
  • ISO 9001 certificate – confirming functioning in accordance with international quality management standards,
  • Entry in the UKE Register of Telecommunications Entrepreneurs – enabling the legal provision of services in the telecommunications sector.

We cooperate with experts in the fields of military, navigation and security, thanks to which our systems meet the requirements of ITU, IMO and STCW standards.
